Trecane Beach House is a spacious 4-bedroom house with breath-taking sea views that can sleep up to 10 people. It is 25 metres from Widemouth Bay beach which offers attractions for all ages. This spacious self catering holiday home has comfortable living spaces, a fenced garden to the rear, ample off-road parking and is a stones throw from the beach. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets, beach activities and good food, all in walking distance.

Beautifully light and spacious double bedroom with super king-size bed, ensuite shower room, plenty of wardrobe space and wonderful sea views.

Twin/King Bedroom

This extremely spacious twin can be easily coverted to a second kingsize room. Plenty of wardrobe space and wonderful sea views.

Double Bedroom 

The third bedroom is another spacious double providing plenty of room, it also benefits from a large ensuite shower room and beautiful sea views.

Bunk Bed Room

Another generous sized bedroom with two sets of full size bunkbeds, ideal for adults or children to share.

Adjacent to this bedroom and in addition to the two ensuites, there is a ground floor family bathroom. It consists of Bath, Shower, Toilet and Sink.

Fully Fitted Kitchen

Large fully equipped kitchen/diner. Cooker, hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, good selection of large serving bowls and cookery books! There is a dining table which seats 10 people. High chair available on request.

Lounge

Large spacious lounge with a L shaped sofa and an amazing window seat looking out to wonderful sea views. TV (digital Freeview)/DVD, a good selection of DVD’s and books.

The seperate Utility Room comes complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and iron board, plus ample cupboard and storage space.

Trecane Beach House has its own wifi running throughout the entire property.

Garden Space

Trecane Beach House is blessed with outside space to the front and rear of the property. All gardens are fenced and have outside seating. In addition, located down the side of the property is an outside shower, perfect for washing off the salt-water.
